Dr. Sohn is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care with a gentle touch. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice, ensuring each patient receives personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She offers a comprehensive range of dental services for patients of all ages including preventive, restorative, cosmetic and emergency dentistry.
Dr. Sohn completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada, where she demonstrated outstanding academic performance and was awarded various scholarships during the course of study. Following her DMD program, Dr. Sohn pursued advanced training through a General Practice Residency at Highland Hospital in Oakland. During her residency, she worked at a fast-paced, Level-1 trauma hospital, gaining valuable experience in providing emergent and comprehensive dental care to medically complex patients. Dr. Sohn developed expertise in a wide range of dental procedures, including molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and wisdom teeth extractions. Additionally, she provided dental care for Special Needs patients in the Operating Room under general anesthesia.
Dr. Sohn understands that visiting the dentist can be intimidating for some patients, which is why she prioritizes building trust and forming lasting relationships with everyone who walks through her door. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sohn leads an adventurous life, always seeking new thrills and experiences. Whether she’s leaping from dizzying heights while bungee jumping, soaring through the sky during exhilarating skydiving adventures, carving up the slopes on her snowboard, or diving into the depths of ocean in her scuba diving gears, she thrives on the adrenaline rush of pushing her limits. Dr. Sohn is also an avid traveler, constantly exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures, from the vibrant streets of bustling cities to the serene beauty of exotic landscapes.
