About Dr. Lew
Dr. Leanne Lew is a kind and compassionate dentist offering comprehensive dentistry in San Francisco. Her primary focus is restorative dental work, helping patients who need fillings, crowns, veneers, and bridges. She is also Invisalign certified.
Dr. Lew was born and raised in San Francisco. Her interest in dentistry started when she worked part-time at an orthodontist’s office, then later was able to explore the career in more depth when she had the opportunity to dental assist under her mentor. She saw how dentistry could change people’s health with the combination of science, art, and education.
She is now thrilled to be serving the community she grew up in. Dr. Lew believes that a patient-centered approach to dentistry starts with taking the time to listen to her patients because knowledge and education is how patients will improve their oral and overall health. In addition to diagnosis and treatments, she puts the focus on prevention, helping patients understand how improvements they make to their habits, diet, or brushing techniques can help prevent issues from developing in the first place.
I love being able to serve the community I was raised in.
When she’s not helping her patients at the office, you can usually find Dr. Lew trying different restaurants throughout the city, traveling, or staying active by going for runs around the city.
